Hi,
Any one would like to share thier ideas about this situaton.

One resided in Canada for 2.3 years. Then He moved to USA; full time studies purpose for 2 years program. He applied Canadian Citizenship application on June 2004, when he finished his 3 yrs PR status. He comes back to Canada only in Vacation periods. His file came in process after 9 months of application submission. CIC transfered his file to near located Citizenship office. Now his file is in process.
So questions are
Is there any chances now for revoking (withdrawing) that students' citizenship application by CIC?? Will CIC offer him to come for Citizenship test and Oath. ????????????
OR
He might have to face hearing or interview with a judge before CIC will make decision about that students' citizenship???????

THANK YOU

You were 9 months short! Only a new born baby can be a citizen in that much time!!

You need to have 3 years of physical presence in Canada before you apply for citizenship. 3 years of PR status does not make you eligible for citizenship.
