Shall I Change Job on H1 when I have valid EAD?

Background: I-140 Approved 7 month ago, 485 in Process from 12 months

I have Valid H1 period of 10 months. But I have valid EAD in hand. Shall I change job on new H1?

If I do the same, what are the implications to my existing my GC processing?

if you change the job using H1 then will your present employer continue to support your GC ?? If yes then you can ..if not start all over again..

Yes, my current employer will support any time. But I crossed that limit too. Because my I-140 approved more than 6 months ago. I-485 filled 12 months ago.

Please advice
