Shall I call USCIS or Senator....please help...

HI Friends,

My I-140 Rfe was received by USCIS on 07/07/04. Now 60 days is over. My lawyer is not interested in calling USCIS..Can I call USCIS ask for Status Inquiry for 140 rfe OR call local congress man...Please advice me....

There is no 60 day timeframe written any where. so dont panic.
Did you file concurrently or seperate ? (from the dates you mentioned i am inferring you did it seperately).
In any case, it looks like your applications will be adjudicated together. Wait for the I485 RFE. Call up USCIS and ask the status of I485 RFE. Did you change your address in between..???

pv1976 - For I-485 Rfe... My lawyer requested duplicate rfe but we have
not received yet.

Nothing prevents you from calling USCIS by yourself.
