Congratulations! You mentioned your I140 was approved for CP but you proceeded with 485.
Could you please post if you opted for CP in your 140 (or INS sent it to NVC as it happened with many others)?

I never picked CP as an option on I 140. INS by default processed it for CP like many others... are they still doing that..?
I was tempted to go CP route as it was only taking 4 months during that time but thought it was risky as my previous company abandoned my H1 visa.. after 1 year of filing my GC. I was scared to take CP thinking they might raise any issues and Lawyer suggested that we have better control on the process if we go 485 route...

this site is an addiction I keep coming back and back as an hourly routine..
