SFO is better or SanJose is better

I got approval email. Can I decide where to get stamped
which is better SanFrancisco or SanJose . who will give
card faster
any inputs apprreciated :confused:
 
It's better to go to the office specified in approval notice, unless that office is beyond commuting distance. Few months back those who stamped at SJ used to get their plastic card faster. But nowadays both takes same time - between 6-8 weeks.
 
When you try to make an infopass appointment for PP stamping, it asks for your home zip code. After that you don't have much of a choice.

I wanted to go to San Jose instead of San Francisco. I asked my lawyer if I can go to San Jose. The reply was NO. SO I went to San Francisco and the experience was very bad.

I am not sure what difference it will make from USCIS side whether I go to San Jose or San Francisco. But did not want to experiment once my lawyer advised against it.

Did FP from San Jose though instead of Oakland. At that time, I did not ask the lawyer for any advice.
