If it is meant for your baby -> yes

If it is meant for you, then it depends.
If it is something like power bar, it is OK.

NORMAL FOOD AND DRINKS are not allowed as per the notice hanged outside the INS offices.

You don\'t want to be sent back at that point for bringing in food. Be careful.
