SF consulate web page is saying that processing of OCI application is suspended while other consulates are processing. Is there any phone number or best way to reach them. They never reply email nor reply voice mail messages. It is frustrating. I want to apply for OCI so dont know how to reach to SF consulate. I would also like to know what is current procedure for applying OCI through SF consulate.
