SESA & DOL Dates

I have got a RIR application. PD is July 2002. Looking at the MI SESA RIR dates they are taking about 1 yr for RIR and 2 yes for non-RIR applications. My question is:

1.If RIR gets rejected and transfered to regular, is that SESA takes 2 yrs from that point or only 1 additional year (total will still be 2 accounting for 1 year already spend in getting the decision for RIR).

2.In other words, does PD has any significance in LC stage or only in 485 stage.

thanks for the help

PD has significance in LC also

PD has significance in LC also

I think if your RIR is rejected then you won't loose your PD, so in that case you will loose only one year.

Other thought, if you employee agree you can file RIR and non-RIR at same time, (you need to withdraw one of them if both reach same time)

I hope this will help
