Is it possible for a company in MI to file for H1b in Texas Service Center. Also, the address mentioned on I-129 is of Michigan.

Also, how many days does it take in Texas Service Center to get the Receipt Notice if the case is filled in regular processing.

-------- if your employer is in MI then he has to get LCA for work area, city/ location in Texas. if you are resinding in Texas then your H1b transfer or h1 extension has to be filed in Texas Service Center
Also, how many days does it take in Texas Service Center to get the Receipt Notice if the case is filled in regular processing.
