Serious Help Needed.

I entered the US from the UK on a 90 day visa waiver that has now expired.
I am having a baby to a US Citizien.
She is currently going though a divorce.
We plan to get married.

How do i become legal so i can get a job that will support the 3 of us and put a roof over our head?

Any info about costs, timescales, and other options would be great.
 
The first thing that needs to happen is the divorce to become finalised (divorce decree is in hand) and then the 2 of you get married

Provided that you entered the US without the intent to stay and live in the US, once you have got married and have the marriage certificate then you should be able to Adjust Status to a permanent resident. Use this guide to help you:

Will overstaying my visa effect me in any way shape or form when following that guide?

The first text box suggests that i should of returned to my country of origin before the visa ran out?

the guide seems fantastic, and helps alot, i just do not want my overstayed visa to be a problem when attempting to adjust status.
 
In most cases, an overstay is generally forgiven for spouses of US citizens.

I think the warning is on there as there has been a 'few' cases where a VWP entrant has had their adjustment denied when they applied after the 90 days of their VWP , though in these cases there has been other underlying reasons that have contributed to the denial.

Though be aware that should your adjustment be unsuccessful, as you entered on the VWP you will have no right of appeal and will be deported and give a re-entry bar for a specified amount of time (though from my years of reading forums, I havent personally come across someone who has been denied for attempting to AOS after their entry period has expired). Delete it and reinstall it. is your computer 64 or 32 bit you need the browser the same. I have Firefox browser i like it better then explorer.
 
i have left the us, and overstayed my 90vw by a period of around 2weeks.

will i be allowed re-entry?

i hope to gain a 6month tourist visa then adjust on that ?
