Gentleman,

September is passing and still no signs of consistent approvals.
I am really getting tired of this. I contact my Senator Office last week by phone and I told them that my application has been pending for about 800 days they where surprised and said they would look into my case. They sent me a letter today to give them permission to look into my files according to the privacy act.
Do you think this permission can be an issue with my lawer?
Do you think that does it worth to give it a try? Or it will just make things worse?
I appreciate any replies.
