September I751 filers post here

I wanted to start a seperate thread for any one filing their I751 in September. Lets post our timeline here and any documents you may have sunmitted.



It's finally been two years and now its time to remove the conditions. I have been working on this for about a month gathering documents. This is the list of items that I am sending out:
1. Copy- Front and Back Resident Card
2. I-751 Application
3. Address Change Info
4. Copy of Marriage Certificate
5. Pictures from the past two years
6. Copy of both Bank Cards and Statements
7. Copy of Two different credit card, accounts and statements
8. Car insurance showing Husband's name as a driver
9. Letter from Insurance Company showing accident Report Husband as driver and my name as policy holder
10. Police Report for Accident where husband was driving and I was on scene
11. Court Certified Letter of Adjournment
12. Arrest Complaint
13. Personal Letter giving Recount of Activies Leading up to Arrest
14. 2006, 2007 Federal and State Tax Return
15. Sworn letters of Testimony from Best Friend, Father, and Friend
16. Letter of Room and Board
17. Checkin the amount of $545.00

I hope that we have enough documents that they can see that we are truly togther.
I am curious as to how the court situation will work out as I am still going to court for the incident.

Basically all my documents are in seperate plastic sheet protectors and placed in a binder. On the front of the binder there is a picture of My husband and I on our second Anniversary, and on the side of the binder My A# is Bolded. The presentation is very neat and organized, so everything is easy to locate. I also included a cover letter.

My Service Center is Vermont, so I will keep everyone updated as I progress along.
 
Am I to assume that no one is filing theri I751 in September? For anyone who is looking at this post and have already filed I have a question. My status expired on 7th, Septmeber. The application was received at Vermont on the 5th. My check was cashed on the 11th, but on the check handwritten is the date 8th September. My question is, will they be using the 8th as the receipt date or the 5th since that is the date it was actually received?

ASC Appointment Notice

On October 1, I received:00am.
my biometrics appointment. I have to be downtown Brooklyn on 10/16/08 at
8:00am.

So far so good.
 
I checked my status online and it is now stating that my application was received on the 10th of September. I dont understand why there are so many different dates being used. What is the true date that is going to be recognized as the receipt date?
 
On May 13th received a notice stating a request for more documentation regarding my arrest. I had previously submitted everything that I could but since my case I was recently "settled" I submitted a Court Certified Disposition to USCIS which basically informed them that I plead guilty to "Disorderly Conduct". I also wrote them a letter reiterating my innocence in the whole arrest situation.

Although I was some what worried, I was assured by an immigration lawyer that this would not affect my removal preceedings.

On July 11th I got my letter stating that I have been granted the 10 year green card. GOD IS SO GOOD!. I am so happy this part is over.
