September Bulletin is out

I am kind of curious as to why there is such a signficant difference in priority dates for EB2 for India and China. China's priority date is march of 05 while India's is unavailable and before becoming unavailable it was Jan of 03.

As I said I am just curious

It means that there are more people born in India applying for EB2 than people born in China, just like EB2 are always current for other countries.
