September 2002 case approved...

I just heard a Sep 2002 case is approved by NSC. I am trying to
get more details now. Just wondering why some people are so lucky while the majority have to suffer so much.

A Friend of mine applied in July 02 got approved in July 03, was called for an interview and approved the same day, we applied same time, just few days later, but I am still waiting, he got approved in just 11 months, could you beat that ...........

My friend is from India EB2, NSC, RD - July 02, Approved - July 03

infact the a week before he got approved, I told him he has to wait another year for approval.....

Hi SEP1203:

may be EB2 cases are faster than EB3. How we find out how was our 485 filed under (EB3 or EB2) from ur 485 receipt notice.

I think, it doesn't matter if it is EB2 or EB3 @ I485 stage .....
