I was told by congressmans office that my case was approved. Did not check AVM yet.
A month ago called local congressman\'s office about my case. 3 weeks later I called them back and they did not hear anything from INS. I was told that they will call INS and talk to them. I have been calling them every two days and was told that they were playing phone tags and could not talk directly. Today they called me and told me that INS called them and told them that my case was approved on 03/11.
I got my I140 from another Service center and probably my case has been delayed due to this.
