September 03 140 Filers -- Alert!!!!

140 Cleared finally after an year. Concurrent Processing

Guys,

I received the I140 approval notice mail from USCIS today. My case was a concurrent filing. RD was Sept 30, 2003. Seems like things are moving finally at the NSC. Keep the positive attitude going. And I hope the 485 dates move soon too(Going by FUJI OHATA)

Congratulation!

One thing I would like to know - You sent both I140 and 485 applications in a single packet or you u filed 140 first and once u got the receipt for 140, then you filed 485 with 140 receipt?

Please let know, so that I will able get an idea about my case.

Labor Approved date - June,2003
I-140 RD - Sept 23,2003

I-485 RD - Oct 31,2003
Separate Packets
No change in LUD for I-485 after today's approval (LUD did changed for I-140 though)

well looks like things are finally moving for 140s , yet to hear eb2s though, if any one knows any eb2 approved recently, please post.

Looks like NSC finally woke up and implementing FO memo :)
Let us hope that NSC opened finally the flood gates with Concurrent Approvals for the concurrent filers. :) :)

The icing on the cake is I got a job offer on the same day. :D :D :D

you can expect your approval before the end of the week. I can bet on it!

Cheer-up guys. good days are here and are to stay.

All these posts helped me to exactly prdict my approval dates.
Definetly a great source of information sharing.

applied for second EAD in August,2004

Congrats ! Glad to see more and more people are getting approved with both I140/I485.

It's really worth to wait to get both at the same time. My RD is close to your date.
