Even my wife's finger prints online status says the same,

On December 6, 2002, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.


she had given her FP 2nd time because the first one were not taken properly...
and particularly for the FP's done during Dec period they stopped updating the online status I believe..but still I would suggest that ur friend call BCIS.

Usually they don't care about updating that status, even my attorney told me not to bother about that online status much.

With the VSC now processing 10/01/02 for E32 (EB3), I am not sure whether to be happy that it is coming closer to my I485 concurrent date of 10/25/02 or whether to be worried that it is now past my I140 filing date of 09/25/02 and nothing has happend so far. My God this concurrent filing process is so confusing ........

Educational RFE

User CDR I-140 approved few weeks back....CDR also mentioned that he got a RFE for education. Its strange... What did they ask for the Education? This is the first time I am seeing RFE for the education. Please enlight me with your experience.

Hi All,

This is my turn today. I was reading all posts but didn't post any thread for long time. My I-140 approved today.

I140
RD 09/11/2002

I485
RD 09/23/2002

I just don't understand how BCIS processes 140. There were 5 receipts I had searched for 02281 including me.

2 got approved withing 6 months. I got it today but there are 2 still pending.

I think going by RD I485 theroy is working here.

Haven't heard from INS yet about either EAD or I-485

The I-485 ND theory does not seem to hold in my case.

do you know if original LC(which was used for substitution) was attached along with I-140 application ?

If not, BCIS need to request the original LC from DOL. make sure this happened, and if so, when.

DOL has to oblige the BCIS request and send the original LC to BCIS.

This process may take several months.

Already 365 days passed since your application was recieved, so try to get more information from BCIS with the help of your attorney.

Thanks satya27476 for the reply. My attorney had attached the old labor to my I-140 applicaton. I and my attorney also tried to contact BCIS several times. But everytime we called, BCIS customer service representative had the same reply.... wait for next 30 days and call again. I had been calling them since a long time now.... I feel that I'm the unfortunate one

Can anybody update approvals for sept cases please?
I have seen at least 10 I-140 cases with RD sept 25, 2002 still pending. so weird.
