This is info. from Sheela Murthy's site:

Vermont Service Center
Receipt Date ///Approval Date
I-485s 09.20.2001 ///07.10.2002
EADs 06.08.2002 ///07.09.2002
APs 05.28.2002 ///07.02.2002

This listing is for HER clients ONLY. Translation = At least one of her clients with a RD of 9/20/01 received approval on 7/10/02.

I wouldnt count on dates on murthys web site. That site has been showing September approvals for last 2-3 months ( maybe special cases like aging out etc).

Also they show CSC doing May cases whereas CSC has started doing October cases. I would say that data is not significant.

Nevertheless.. september cases are very close to get started; maybe in a week or two

My lawyer is getting Sept approvals

My lawyer is saying that he is right now getting approvals for RD from July to September 2001 range.

Good news, right ! Good luck to all!!

go to rupnet

hello there

sept approval? go to rupnet u will find 3 approvals for october!!!

well it is surprising for me toooo.................

i hope its true

i wouldn't trust rupnet data

even though i have posted my data there, i wouldn't trust the rupnet data.

Here's the reason. When i go thru all the months, i see 2 guys with Aug 2002 RDs. How's that possible???

Rupnet site

Greaty-K,

Can you correct the postings from rupnet.
There are some RD's in Aug. and December, How ? Don't know

Also Oldmonk from October 2001 after posting mentioned that his RD is in Aug and not October, but he never bothered to correct in Rupnet.

Correct these postings so we will be able to get valid statuses.

Thanks buddy,
its nice site.

Actually, the data in rupnet is good, only the users who post their details will make the info in rupnet reliable, if the user opt to post dates that absurd, then i'm sure it will screw up all the info on rupnet. Greaty-k has no control of what users punch in for the dates....only the users...however, he can override them if he is informed of the wrong dates.

I agree with Jgtan97. Calling rupnet data unreliable questions the effort put forth by greaty-k and all others who seem to be putting in reliable information and updating it regularly. Most of the data (probably 95%) seems reliable. You will find some false data due to either purposefull mis-representation or through lack of understanding of details. Most of the unrealistic data are detectable. Just ignore them in your analysis. I feel greaty-k's work is much appreciated and the data made available on the site is much reliable. A statiscal analysis always has a percentage of accuracy. In this case, you need to be a judge of that percentage.

Hello Awaiting Approval

Hello Awaiting Approval Jee,

I think probably you are seeing a wrong data. This forum is for VSC (Vermont Service Center) data related. You are talking about Texas Service Center (TSC). Everybody knows texas is very slow and see the processing dates for this center. Also, rupnet was started just 5-6 months back only. So you cannot expect reliable data for Jan, Feb 2001 RD and for the last year. Understood???

rupnet

What are you talking about? There are a ton of approvals for August.

This site does a good job of creating all this information.

I am sure there are a lot of more approvals that are there. Wyy they don't show up on rupnet is because people who get approved are either lazy or outright selfish and don't bother to post after they get their approvals.

This is nothing that rupnet can do. The data is only as reliable and as complete as the user base makes it.

So instead of bad-mouthing this effort, commit yourself to updating your data promptly.
