There was a confusion though...INS thought I was EB3, actually I am EB2. Now my case is with an officer to clear the confusion. Hopefully when the officer finds out that I am EB2 he/she will put it in the adjudicating area or just approve it!! I called INS yesterday and IIO told me that they are now processing RD oct 15 \'99

I talked to IIO yesterday, "Acccording the system, they have not processed yours..it should be soon"
I asked how soon? She said "Can\'t say, but soon"
