Sept 26th case approved.

hi guys

My I-485 case was filed in sep. and it was approved on march 18th 2002.
Following are my details.
WAC # wac-01-296-sXXXX
GC process started on DEC 99 (EB3-RIR). Priority date
Got my EAD and parol stuff in DEC-JAN.
Finger printing was due on 13th march but was done on 13th Feb.
Approval date is march 18th 2002.
I never expected Decision of approval so fast.

Sincee Congrats...

I learn several explanations in the board that PD doesn\'t play roll on approval, but it is more and more looks like it.
 
One does not know

I have a PD date of 11/99(EB3 RIR) & FP 10/01/2002 , I am still waiting for approval. I am not too sure if state also matters. By the way Chrisu which state did you file from.

My RD is 07/2001 (July filer).

Chris Su is certainly very lucky.
 
I think FP is the key...

Several discussions indicate that:
If FP is done and background checks are completed, the case is "ready to adjudicate". From then on, it gets sorted out by WAC#/ND. Earliest WAC#/ND in the shelf marked "ready to adjudicate" gets assigned. It will be too complicated for a manual system/process to deal with sorting by multiple parameters......
 
I am still waiting for 2 approvals, my wife and I...
