Sept. 2003 I-140 Approved Finally

Finally atlast my I-140 got approved without any RFE.Today morning I received this magic email.I think there is mass approval going on in CSC.They have to finsih off all the cases before PERM comes into process.
Finally some relief as mine was substitute labour.
Best of luck to rest of I-140'ers.
