Congrats rb180.Finally pateince pays off.It had been a long wait.Hopefully my EB3 140 also gets cleared someday.There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Another Sep 2003 I-140 approved

Hi all,

I have been a silent watcher and beneficiary of discussions and information that flows on this wonderful site. The information here has helped me answer several of my questions and doubts. Today I felt compelled to register so as to share the good news and also thank everyone whose posts helped me during the long wait time.

Anyway, here the details of my case:

Labor filed - 5/21/01
DOL - 01/25/01
Labor approved - 5/21/03
I-140 RD - 9/19/03
I-140 AD - 3/14/05 (Rec'd email today about approval)
Filed 485, EAD and AP end of Dec-2004
I-485 RD - 12/30/04
I-485 ND - 01/11/05
1st FP appointment 03/04/05, 2nd - 03/17/05, both done on 03/04/05
Rec'd AP and EAD approvals last week.
Now waiting for 485 approval.

Congratulations and have a party...

one feeling i have is never file any app in sept. my 140 was also sept. 23rd 2003 and it was approved in jan 2005 way behind others.

if you can help it avoid it...

Congrats cacenter_victim. I guess its time to change your username. You are no longer a victim. I am happy to see your approval. I see that your 140 and 485 were filed way apart. Any reasons?? Good luck with your 485.
 
Today 4 friends of mine got I-140 approved, all are 2003 cases. So its moving.

So just wait, you will be next for approval.

Good to see older applications getting approved. All the 3 approvals were filed 3 days apart. Isn't it a coincidence.....

Anyway, congrats to all the 3 who got their I-140s approved.

Mesbah, I have been following up your case. Good luck man...to you and me too.

I am also waiting since Feb 2004....
 
Mine got approved too...!!!

Finally mine got approved.

On March 15th it got approved Notice Date is Sept 15th 2003.
Category - EB3(Labor Subsititue).

Thanks. I am EB2 (labor subs). Couple of inquiries resulted in only one response mentioning 'Additional review and system checks'...no further updates on either 140 or 485.

Have received 2 EADs and 2 APs. Will keep you posted if I hear anything.
