if we don't get any response for 140 and 485, before the end of the year , what will happen after Jan 1 2005? Becos USCIS will retrogress the PD for EB3 to Jan 1 2002. Does it affects Sep'2003 filers??

if your 485 is filed it doesn't affect you.

My attroney responsded and they received the response on Nov 23 rd 2004
but my LUD changed for i-140 on dec 24th 2004, but same message

MY 1-40 GOT APPROVED ON JAN 12 TH 2005 BUT I-485???

Still no news on my I-140, RD 09/19/03 EB3, own labor only + 4 yr degree + 5 yrs exp+company doing good but dont know whats going on??.
In CA service center more scrutiny going on for I-140 compared to other service center thats more frustating, why only CA + very slow processing for I-140.

Hope this kind of things shd not happen with others in future

My 140 application was finally approved on Jan 18th. 2005

140 RD: Sept. 2003
485 RD: Jan 2004

No RFE on any application.

I had a lot of LUD on both my applications.
