Are there any Sept. 2003 files whose 140 and 485 both are pending?

140 RD: 9/23/03
LUD: 12/9/04 (Due to inquiry)
485 RD: 1/20/04
LUD: 12/9/04 (Due to inquiry)

mine also pending. after inquiry got reply, this case is under pending and additinal system checks.

dont know what the hell is going on with California service center for I-140

EB3 Non-concurrent (I-140 RD - 09/19/03)
 
We are in the same boat.
I got RFE in Spe.2003 and replied this RFE in Oct 1, 2003. I am still waiting for the final decision. I opened inquiry on Dec.10, nothing changed on my 140/485 LUD so far...
dont' know how long i need to wait for approval.

Today, i just got my 2nd EDA approval email notice ( RD: Oct 19,2004).
I really have no idea why my 140 didn't get approval so far????

Sorry that i had the wrong information in my pervious post becasue of typo.
I got RFE in Sep, 2004 and replied RFE Oct 1, 2004.

My I140 is still pending.

EB3 I-140/485 RD: Sept 30th 2003
EAD/AP approved Jan 15 th 2004
RFE on SEP 21 st 2004(Company financial audited statements and w2 forms of mine 2001/2002/2003) lud changed once on 11/24 /04

My attroney responsded and INS received the response on Nov 23 rd 2004 :confused:
TODAY IT IS EXACTLY 4 WEEKS--ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

Hang in there. The approval after an RFE for me took 11 months. BUT no 2 cases are the same and USCIS is totally random in processing. I would advise you to contact a Congressman/Senator, it will surely get your case noticed.
At least thats what happened to my case.

does contacting the congressman mean that your case will get transferred to the local office. i am really afraid of that happening.
 
Tranfer to Local office for interview happens on 485 stage, have you applied for concurrent processing?
When I contacted the Congressman I just talked about the 140 stage, and I would advise to take 1 step at a time when talking to a Congressman, be very polite, do not vent it on your letter, just state facts.

ok that is a good idea. i will talk only about 140 case though i filed semi concurrent. i will wait till 1st week of jan and then act on it.

yes my 140 is missing from phone system, and my wife's 485 is missing from the phone system too.

Did anyone contact congressman ? If yes then please share with us the conversation.

Sellapsx did your LUD changed once they received your response for you i-140 rfe???

I am in the same boat. The Lud of my 140 RFE changed to 11/1 after responding RFE on Sep30,2004, but my case is still pending, no more changed in the LUD at all.

if we don't get any response for 140 and 485, before the end of the year , what will happen after Jan 1 2005? Becos USCIS will retrogress the PD for EB3 to Jan 1 2002. Does it affects Sep'2003 filers??
