I485 for dependents not approved, need advise!!!
Hi, All,
My I485 was approved on Sept 2, together with my wife. But my son's I485 is still pending. The LUD of my son is still 02/2003 (ND 10/2002). It has been more than 20 days after my approval date, I am begining to think that there might be something wrong with my son's application.
I tried to call the number for national service center, but what they know over the phone is the same as I can see from the webpage. Because the processing date is still one month away, they said can not do anything about it. They asked me to send a letter to the service center. But when they got my letter, my LUD changed, and say they send me a letter back, but never mentioned the status of my son's case.
Please give me your advise on what should I do. Anyone has similar experiences please also let me know.
