Seperate Fingerprinting for I485 and I765????:confused:

Hi Gurus!!!!

Should I get FP notice for both I485 and I 765 or one applies for both. Cause I did FP on the 2nd June 2007 and saw LUD for I 485 alone when I checked my status.

Pl. advise.:confused:

What you observed was very normal. The FP is usually for the I-485, NOT for the I-765. You normally do not need to do FP for I-765 unless you filed it electronically. In any case, once you do FP, you will only see LUD on your I-485. This is perfectly normal.

I wld like to know how long it might take for EAD. Filed at TSC. EB-1. Non e-file.
