Separated Before Interview

I have the interview scheduled for monday 3/12/07. I and my wife are separated now, she won't show up for the interview.
How long will it take for USCIS to send me a denial notice?
I need time to settle with my wife and finalize the divorce. What should I tell USCIS for the interview that's scheduled up in two days?
Someone please advise, I got all confused.

You did not provide info if it is marriage based case and your wife is US citizen and filed GC for you or it is employment based case and she is primary applicant. are you on valid H1 status or H4 status?
If you think that you can sort out the problem then you or she can Reschedule the interview date or attend the interview.
