I-140/I-1485/I-765/I-131--> Receipt Date: 07/22/04.

EAD Recd ----> 08/17/04
ADV PAROLE ---> 09/14/04 ( RFE Replied on 08/23/04)

FP ----> NOT YET
 
TSC Finger Print for 2004 Cases

Does anyBody who filed in May, June, July August 2004, Got Finger print Notice?.

Went to FP today. Was very smooth. Came back in less than an hour.
I-140 ND 03/02/2004
I-485 ND 03/25/2004

FP done 10/05/2004

My online status changed to 10/05/2004 date. I donot receive any mail though.

well, it didnot say anything only the date is changed to 10/01/2004. which shows that my I-140 and all other documents(except I-485) were touched. I dont know if this was because of my FP date process or if USCIS is working on my I-140 case.

Please post any change in ur status. Because, our ND is Feb 5, 2004 and have finished our fingerprints on 24th Sept too...so, would like to know if there is any more progress in ur case...which will give an indication that they are working on 2004 cases....thanx in advance...
 
is there a way to get FP ?

Is there any way to get a FP notice since I filed 485 on Jan 26 and many guys after me have already received the FP notice.

Can I call the NVC and request a FP notice ? Or can I do anything else. I am going crazy reading about people who filed in May, June 2004 going for FP :mad: :mad: :mad:

FP Notice Basis

This is an interesting Q. We have regular/periodic reports on the stage of different immigration forms, but never on FP. We don't even know the basis for the FP notices.
 
LUD changing everyday

My LUD has been changing everyday since they 4th...the USCIS recieved FP notice on the 4th Oct.. dont know what this means.....

Update 10/13/2004: Received EAD cards on 10/12/2004 and the envelopes are marked 10/01/2004.

rcvd email showing LUD as follows for Fp done on sept 30.
140 485 conurrently filed on mar 17th 2004

On October 6, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

how do u know they recieved the FP notice. Did u get any email from USCIS? My status has changed for my I-140 and other cases but havnt got any email.
 
Yes, I received email from them with the same message as in the status message of the portfolio for I485..
 
FP Notice

Received FP notice for spouse (derivative applicant) today, appt on 11/2/2004 at noon. When can I expect mine?

AP, EAD, 140, 485 RD for both of us: 04/26/2004
AP and EAD approved in 06/2004
