INS is processing SEP cases in reverse order again, my colleague got approval for RD SEP 27th. Mine is Oct 9th I think INS will processes 20th to 30th first then 10th to 20th and last 1st to 10th

INS is using the "stack"(FILO) algorithm as apposed to "queue"(FIFO). Remember stack is easy to code than queue!!!.
Either way I am least concerned as long as they are working. And since my RD is Oct16, it really dosen't matter much as I am near middle of month.
