Friends were their any Sep 2003 EB2 approvals? We are seing EB3 Sep-Oct 2003. How about EB2? So far I have not seen any thing. Shre your Thoughts and Keep alive this thread. What is going to happen ? Will Eb2 filers day will come? One of my friend said Diwali will bring cheers, Diwali gone and Now waiting for Christmas Cheers. AFter that we will wait for Ugadhi cheers...
Well... What we can do is Wait and wait....

I'm with you

I got my lawyer to write a inquiry letter which he did on Nov 11th. I didn't get (email, RFE etc)anything or didnt see any date change on internet. Planning to write a letter to congressman.

What you guys think what else I can do. When can I expect any movement from USCIS.
 
I called

I called national customer service for status enquiry. And after two weeks, I received a letter from them saying that they are currently processing cases from September 2002 of this kind

Obviously somebody, who should living in a hole btw, who does not know about concurrent processing answered your enquiry. That is what I call an unacceptable answer! You should make a written enquiry on this through your lawyer.
 
My Lawyer sent a written enquiry on 11/11/04

My Lawyer sent a written enquiry on 11/11/04 for I-140 status, what and when I can expect??? Please post your views

:D The USCIS people give the processing dates at their convenience I guess. Web site has different dates and they tell different dates. It has been only a year and one month since I applied. So Probably I will wait for 3-4 months more and will ask the lawyer to send an enquiry. But from what I have seen in this forum, these enquiries seldom help. One day you will get the approval - when you least expect. Some people are pleasantly surprised :rolleyes:
