SOme I140s from 2003 are also getting approved I am not sure why they 2002 cases are pending still.

That is a Sept 28th ND case. That is no surprise and there are lot of other folks even earlier to it.

VSC do have lot of unprocessed I-140s in 2002. Only some 140s filed in 2003 got approved by VSC (which could be just luck of the applicants). VSC processing dates are still Oct for EB3 and Sept for EB2. Now VSC appears to be saying it will take 15 months to get I-140 and hence not to call them to inquiry. So much to its crazy processing.

Congrats man. I know the pain. Mine was also approved after 14 months. No theory nothing works with BCIS. For instance I am checking December 11 EAC series. 40 % applications are approved. But still people with May RD are sitting in the queue.
Some people says it is I485 dates that they are taking into account. but after analysis and cases of my friends I have seen I do not believe that. BCIS does not understand pain. As long as we are not getting GC we are bonded labors.
