Just now the 4 lovely e-mails popped up. Both our(me and my wife's) cases got approved. Please see the signature for more details. Thanks a lot to everyone in this forum and pray eveyone will get their approvals soon.

3rd EAD approved on 07/28/04
3rd AP approved on 07/30/04
2nd FP done on 07/02/04
LUD 06/23/04, 07/12/04, 08/11/04, 08/12/2004....

Theory is that if you reply to an RFE within 30 days and your 2nd FP is done, you will get approval within 30 days(assuming the FBI namecheck is completed).

I am really excited after seeing your LUD changes as my spouse has same LUD changes. So I pray God that we received our approvals soon :D

One more thing to note. What ever LUD changes happened to me happened to my wife's application too. All our application RD's, approval(3EAD & 3AP & 485), FP's(1st & 2nd) happened at the same time. Even we both got the same RFE on the same day. All the dates/date changes are same for both of us.
