Is there any hope for Aug, sep 2002 filers who didn't file concurrently

I see lot of approvals from Oct02 onwards...

No 2nd FP or RFE yet. However, my case was updated in 06/03 without status being changed. I got this information from new "customer login" service from USCIS.

Do you also see some update like this in your case?

Record last updated (as per portfolio status) 04/06/04....... no status change!

case date was updated last in Feb'04.. no status change. Actually it was FP received way back after first FP and somehow had reverted to FP sent... and after Feb'04 update it came back to FP received.. funny..

Oct 2002 non-concurrent

Filed in Sept with and RD of Oct 1st. Unfortunately din't file it concurrently.

Lets not worry needlessly, it will come when it comes. 9 more months for the JIT to move :) Keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best!
 
I think we will suffer because we were among the last regular 485 filers. We are already seeing approvals among people who filed concurrently. By the time our cases cases will be touched, they would be adjucating 2004 cases (concurrently filed).
 
I filed Aug 24 2002 and I140 was filed in May 2002...

My filing is considered concurrent cuz I-140 was not approved till May 2003.... but I see no action either...

well good to see that others are getting approved from Nov, Oct and even April 2003...
At least someone is happy....
