SEP 2002 Applied for 485, Still waiting for 2 FP ???

Hi,

Can any one suggest me what should be my plan of action,

Applied for I485 in Sep 2002, Did 1FP in Nov 2002.

I can see on this site, People have started getting approval for I485 who applied in Sep 2002.

What should I do , I have yet not received call for 2 FP ?

FP1 Nov/21/2002
FP2 July/13/2004 (didn't updatd in Online status web)

RD for I485 is Sep 20 2002, ND is Oct 1 2003, Still dont have call for FP2 !!

Done FP1 on Oct 17 2002.

Yet dont have call for FP2 ???

Note: FP is valid for 16 months. You will receive a call for 2 FP
 
Have not recd FP2 either

I am also Sep 2002 filer with RD of 10/3/02. FP1 done on 11/12/02. No news since then. Called National Customer Service a couple of times about the second FP but no use.
 
called 1 800 number ...

Hi,
I just called 1 800 number to ask why i have not yet got 2 FP notice.

They said we can not do any inquiry till OCT for Sep cases !!!


So we dont have much to do, just wait and watch .

Switched employer after 4 months of filing 485

Hi Guys,
I need you advice...

I Switched employer after 4 months of filing 485. Does it effect my 485? I didn't filed my AC21 yet. My job designation is changed and salary is very less compared to salary mentioned in Labor.
Does job designation and salary difference matters?

I just checked with my lawyer abt not getting call for 2 FP.

He said everything is under control. FP is valid for 18 months.

you might not get call for 2 FP. Or you might be called for 2 FP followed by interview or not interview. So sit tiet and wait.

Lets what comes in my court ???
 
Never heard about 18 month validity of FP, until now. FPs valid for 15 months only.

FPs valid for 15 months. I got my FP2 notice after 15 months.

Check140...you shud browse thru the AC21 forums. There are lot of information out there.
