I just checked the AVM and it said that my case and my wife's has been approved today. Being an eternal skeptic I will hold off the bubbly till I get the notice in hand. Here are the details:

FP 1/10/2002
AD 8/19/2002
EB2 non-RIR
BOston
No RFE. Spoke to the IIO only once to update my address. Its been a long and tiring journey. Every stage I was in took the longest possible time, except 485 which was done within a year. I will update Rupnet I am under the name super1966. I will be around to answer questions if you have any.
I would like to thank Rajiv Khanna for maintaining this site which is a source of some balance in this crazy process. Also to Greaty-K and his predessesors who helped with their trackers to keep me sane, as information from other sources was unreliable
