Sep 03, EB2 Concurrent Filer -Not approved

I'm the one and wondering who is there who is EB2 Sep 03 and concurrent filer. Rest, suggest should I ask my Lawyer to enquire
 
thank god for posting this. please i beg you. please initiate an enquiry. My colleague got his 140 and 485 approved 2 weeks after initiating enquiry. We need to do this for eb2. I am mar04 eb2. Based on published dates, my lawyer did not want to intiate anything now. My colleague was sep 03 eb2. Please guys, be proactive. eb2 as such is looking bad compared to eb3

yes i think so too, eb2s should initiate inquiries if there case has been pending since sept 03, they are not movin on eb2.

I think you owe it to yourself to initiate an enquiry. Another eb2 user "tatasu" got his Nov application approved today. It clearly appears that eb3 is faster than eb2. If I were in your shoes, my enquiry would be with the cis now. Unfortunately, my lawyer does not want to do anything when the published dates are off my receipt date. This is the least we can do to put pressure on the cis and we must do this IMHO.

Mine is EB2, RD of 140 and 485: Sept 27, 2003. 1 st EAD and AP approved and approaching deadline. Applied for second EAD.

NO 140 or 485 approval.
 
I am still waiting....EB2, Sep 30 2003...

I called them 10 days back, but it looks like customer services still see processing date is Sep 15, 2003 . So they can't initiate an enquiry.

I had my lawyer initiate an enquiry when I saw that NSC had moved the dates for EB2 to Oct 15, 2003. Within 2 weeks, my I140 has gotten approved.

I140/485:
RD: Sept 5, 2003
ND: Sept 10, 2003
FP: May 12, 2004
I140 AD: Oct 15, 2004
I485 AD: waiting, LUD has not been updated to reflect any action based on the I-140 approval.

guys, one more case to prove what I have been beating up on all week. Please initiate enquiries to get your cases moving.
 
I had also initated an inquery on Sep 28 when the dates had moved , but nothing happened though my case is EP3.
