Sep '01 RD - Approved finally!

Finally, the ordeal seems to be getting over. Though I called VSC many time during oct, nov, dec '02, I stopped calling from jan '03. My attorney told me that he sent a written inquiry to VSC by early feb '03 but no reply. My attorney's office called the VSC exactly 2 weeks back(03/25/03) and the IIO told that he/she would personally pull/request the file and investigate and if should we don't hear anything from VSC in two weeks, the attoney's office should callback VSC. It is a pleasant surprise to see this morning in INS Case status online that the case has been approved on 04/08/03.

As my spouse's I-485 applied at a later date than mine, it is still pending as expected.

Here are the details of mine :

RD : 09/06/01
ND : 11/08/01
FP : 05/01/02
FP Rcvd : 05/17/02
AD (per online) : 04/08/03
