Sent RFE reply a month and half back - AVM not updated

My message chagnes We got your REF on Aug 4th after a 34 days..?

PD - May, 1997
RD - May, 2000
ND - July 28, 2000
Rfe received by us - June 25, 2001
Rfe sent by us - July 06, 2001
Avm updated that Rfe received - July 09, 2001

My dependents received Rfes for marriage certificate. We sent info to INS and AVM is updated. No approval yet.

Does anybody know what is going on? How long do we typically wait before talking to IIO or going to Senator.?
