SENT PPT after 221(g) does it mean VISA gaurenteed

Folks,
My H1 Visa has been suspended under section 221(g)- PINK slip at Chennai Consulate on 7th Nov 06, there was no specific reason - no, upon calling the DOS, they confirmed it is a name check, my case status has been updated from "PENDING PROGRESS" to "SENT PPT" on DEC 8th '06, I went to VFS Chennai on DEC 11th '06 and dropped the passport in person ( Passport,Rs 155/- DD, and DS-156 and DS 157), here are my questions,

1) Does "SEND PPT" mean Chennai consulate will issue visa for sure?
2) They did not ask me for any documents by consulate, when contacted VFS, I was asked to drop Passport,Rs 155/- DD, and DS-156 and DS 157.
3) Typically how long does it take for consulate to send the stamped passport back after we drop the Passport in VFS office, VFS told, it would take 2-3 working days to send the passport after they recieved from the Consulate.

I am counting every day, I have already blocked the ticked for 18th Dec 06, please respond with your comments.

did you hear anything back from them? i have same status, so it means i got visa or its rejected?
