Sent only affidavits, but not non-availability certificates,

Hi,

When filing for I-485, instead of birth certificates, I sent affidavits (2). Any body received any RFE\'s for submitting affidavits instead of birth certificates? Is this a potential candidate for RFE?

Please share your thoughts.
