Sending the photos to KCC separately

Hello everyone. I am a DV-2013 winner and here is my problem.

This summer sending DS-122 and DS-230 to KCC I added 2 photos which size turned out (I found out about it just recently) ineligible (smaller than 2x2 inches).

I told KCC about this problem and they wrote:

- Failure to submit the requested photos will not delay the processing of your case. Though, the photos are required. It is acceptable to submit the photos separately to KCC. When doing so, please remember to lightly print the name of the subject and the case number on the back of the photos with a felt pen to avoid mutilation of the photos. The photograph should be attached securely to the appropriate DS-230 form with either tape or staple.
If you are scheduled for an interview, you may also provide the photos at the time of interview.

So my question is what I must do now. Do I need to send just 2 photos or I also have to add the new DS-230 to my letter?
 
I suggest you send the photos with a new DS-230 and a cover note explaining why you're sending the new form. Your file will get updated, and it will make your life easier at the time of your interview.
