Sending Photo for DV2009 Question

When sending the 1st package back to KCC, do we need to take new visa photos or must we use the photo that we sent to KCC when we filled up the electronic online form during the start of the lottery?
 
You can use the same or a new picture (but if I remember correctly, the picture must not be older than 6months).

The reason I asked was because they stated the photo must not be older than 6 months and the photo sent during the lottery application period is usually a year ago.
