does anyone know how can a senator help in the immigration process? I read that some people were waiting for their K3 visa too long (mostly because the embassy wasn't very cooperative) and they acctually involved their senator in the process (I don't know how, that is all they mentioned). My husband applied for K3 for me, so that I can come to the USA, and I know it can take a while, so I am looking for ways to speed up the whole process. I looked up some info on the official web sites but couldn't find anything specific about it. If anyone knows little more, please let me know...or if not, it might at least help some people who hear about this first time
