when I contacted them , their response was timely but they could only give me information that I already knew - so in my case, nope not much use at all....
Might still be worth a try though....

When we contacted them, they got the same information that our files are being reviewed . But nothing happened after that.

Atleast they would be aware of our situation. Actual success has been varied as replied here to some help.
