Senator Responded !!!

I just received response from senator's office this afternoon mentioning he contacted USCIS regarding my case & waiting for their reply. As soon as he hears from USCIS he'll notify me. Lets see what happens !!! I'll keep you folks updated on this issue. If it really works I would suggest all to follow my path & write to your Senator. Until it happens I don't know what to suggest but I always think it's worth of trying.

Is your Birth Certificate in process of coming back to the US?
I hope you will get it soon.

Dear Atique:

Very clearly, you passed name checking, once your Birth certificate arrives in INS, you can get G/C. Congressman's help is too late. You can invite us to your city before Congressman's reply, Bro.

Yes, I'll be getting that Birth Certificate another week or two max & as I said I'll send that right away to USCIS using their own envelope that they provided me with the RFE letter. Hopefully something will come up soon.
