Self Petition (NIW) and successful consular processing

I did NIW self petition through a lawyer and successfully completed CP at Chennai.

I took a letter from my professor that says that I will be continuing with the department as Instructor/postdoc researcher and I did not get the letter notarized. Consular officer did not question me on this...
Let me know if any of you have specific questions....
