Self petition for EA and NIW, how to explain the reason for doing so?

I am going to file petitions under both EB1-EA and NIW. In the I-140 form, they ask to explain the reason for doing so. Could you please share your experience here?

1. Which petition should I file first?

2. How long should the interval be?

3. How to address an explanation of filling two petitions?

4. If NIW or EA is portable before I-140 is approved?
