My PD was April 2003. I sent my documents to attorney on 25th May'07.That stupid attorney didn't even open my packet till June 29th as they were working on Substitute labors for I-140. I said her to send back my papers and I already prepared I-485, I-131, etc documents. I request gurus whether to go ahead and file my I485 and get the rejection notice so that I can get benifitted if the Law suite is succesful. I really appreciate your suggestions.
