Guys,

Based on the new memo, self employment is accepted as long as the person is in same or similar postion. Proving this might be little tricky especially if one starts his own company and
works for himself.

What i am thinking is, people who are really interested to do on self employment basis should come together and start a company. In that way, they will be a legitimate
company through which we can generate our revenues and make few of our wives as managers for signing any employment letter or so. Technically, we cannot be doing a manager activities
since it is not same or similar position.

For starting a company, we can make use of UN services who started his own CPA practice. In that way, we wont be having any personalized problem in day to day operations of the company.
Generate our own revenues and do appropriate deductions as per UN advice and finish off the yearly taxes through him. Any letters to respond to RFE, can be handled easily.

Generate ur thought on this.. See how the people respond and we will go from there..
