Well this is basically just one question:

Can I leave the US?

The scenario:
Illegal immigrant (Mexico) marries Foreign Student On Visa (Asia) and now both decide to leave the country for good to live in Asia. The Illegal get a visa to the Asian country and have all the necessary travel papers, but not a single US issued government ID, at all.

Mex Passport.- Checked.
Asian Country Visa.- Checked.
Air Tickets (Including Onward Ticket).- Checked.
Money.- Checked.

Now: Can he leave the US without going back to his home country?
Will he be allowed to board the plane to a country other than his own??

Yes, you can leave the country and go to Asia without first going to Mexico. There will be no exit immigration control, and since you're leaving, you're doing the "right thing" anyway. You might be banned from entering the US for either 3 or 10 years, depending on how long you've been there out of status.
